As a PBO you have a versatile position where no day is the same and the new construction and renovation cannot do without you. What exactly are you going to do?

• You support the project manager with sound advice through your knowledge of materials, techniques and how they should be applied.

• You are the link between the organization, external parties and the customer.

• Taking responsibility for the preparations for renovation and construction projects is no problem for you.

• You ensure that the entire process runs smoothly and that everyone adheres to the agreements.

• In addition to keeping track of the schedule, you and the project manager also keep an eye on the costs.

• You can apply for the necessary permits in no time at all.

• Holding meetings about the progress of (construction) projects is a piece of cake for you. In short, we are looking for someone who:

o Affinity with construction;

o Knows how to tackle;

o Can work both independently and together;

o Want to commit to our friendly team of permanent colleagues for a longer period of time.

The activities consist of:

• You have broad knowledge of the materials and techniques to be used.

• With your positive view on building relationships and sober way of working, you clearly contribute.

• You can find the balance in the costs of renovation and construction projects.

• Supervise construction,

• You supervise projects completely independently and in a professional manner,

• You are expected to tackle matters independently and proactively, which is convenient, because that’s how you prefer to work.

•Driver’s license.
